So why is our group called Daily Bran?

Well, honestly it's originally from an inside joke. When the group was formed and everyone was introducing themselves, one person mentioned their favorite cereal was Bran. Not Raisin Bran, just… Bran. I know.

Jokes abound, the fun continued when someone created the GroupMe and named it Daily Bran. After that it stuck.

But the name "Daily Bran" can also signify a commitment to daily spiritual growth and health. Bran is just one part of the whole grain, the outer layer that protects it. We protect and guard our hearts and minds with the way, the truth, and the life of Jesus, intentional study of the Word, and building our personal relationship with Him.
